I was very confused about the many Medicare options and choices. The eHealth phone representative I spoke with was very helpful, patient, and thorough. However, I received a form in the mail to complete to verify my previous prescription drug coverage prior to signing up. I had questions about this form, and called the help line. I was connected with a man with a strong East Indian accent (he may have actually been in India for all I know). He was pleasant and helpful but very slow. It felt like he was working on a computer with a very slow connection (he kept apologizing and thanked me for waiting). Eventually my questions were resolved, but it took far longer than it should have.
The agent, Valencia was very helpful BUT... she doesn't return phone calls. She gave me her direct phone # and said to call her and I have called her twice and left messages, no return call.
John helped me in Dec, 2013 to choose Humana and this time to go with BC and BS Advantage Medicare plan. Very happy that I kept E-health / John's phone number. In details he explained why this plan for 2016 is better than Humana's. Keep up with good service ... Spasoje Grkovic
The gentleman that helped me was outstanding and spot on with how he assisted me in making my decision on what medicare advantage plan to purchase I would strongly suggest using e health in assisting you with all of your medicare decisions.

Have not had the chance to experience everything in complete about this Insurance program I'm now in. However, I look forward to nothing but good things as far as saving money. The way the agent took the time to explain things to me made me feel very comfortable with the choice I made. Hopefully by the time the next enrollment comes, I won't have to change again. My medicare went into effect 8/1/2016. signed up for medicare part g through mutual of omaha...graeat experience there. used e health to sign up for part d rx plan...on july 15 2016. thought everything was well and good till i never got a card from humana rx. called them and they said they would send a card...i called again at the end of july...they gave me my id number. said i should get the card in mail in 7-10 days. called back on august 9. said they would resend it...i at that time paid my premium. only aug 13 tried to used my card at walmart pharmacy was denied! I called and found out i have eldercare in florida. i live in illinois. been on phone with humana for 4 days straight now 5-6 hours a day trying to straighten out. they have me and another person from florida with the same name linked to the same id number for humana...i can see all his charges for the past few years and i am now seeing that he is being denied claims now too since my enrollment on 7/6/2016. today i learned that e health did not even approve me because they were waiting on me to fax some info to them, which i never did get the request from them. so this is bad on both e health and humana. i was lucky enough to have medicare on the line while talking to them so they are now elevating it. but 18 days in to my 1st month and havent been able to use my plan due to stupidity and lack of respect for people personal info
I would highly recommend these people if you need medicare assistance
