Good choice if you want fast service

Tried to register with a local agent over the phone and I was routed to an agent that is far north of where I live, so my local agent does not get credit for my account. Next after insuring my automobile and receiving my policy via email, I tried to register my account online and the system says invalid policy number. Have to wait until business day to clear whatever the issue is. Not good.

Not happy that they charged me a $ 35 agent fee.
