I was looking for insurance for my RAV4, no sooner did i complete the online form and was bombarded with phonecalls and emails. I contacted Mustard straight after and complained, i was promised that my details would be removed, am still receiving phonecalls and emails, 3 weeks on. Have since written to them 3 times. No reply. Now having to write to the Financial Ombudsman to raise a complaint. Another annoying issue is that their web form mobile number is a mandatory field when registering. Should be optional. There is also no way on their site to deregister details Very poor service, stay away
Found me a good price on my insurance, and the people on the phone were helpful.

Very easy to deal with. Evefyyhing was straight forward and even got another family member to use them as they were finding cheaper quotes than others. Definitely would recommend them.
My renewal in October 2017 seemed far too high, and much higher than the previous year. Mustard had been recommended to me so I tried them. The price was back in line with my previous year insurance and that was for Hastings Premier which had more cover than before. Great stuff!
Thought I'd give Mustard a try tbh a waste of time. All quotes were over priced. They promoted the fact that 'We'll beat your cheapest quote GUARANTEED' So contacted the number 03300228795 which put me through to a company called APlan. I spoke to an advisor at the Swindon branch who told me that he would required my username and password for confused.com or to send him pictures of the screen so that he could confirm the details. Then I was to phone 0800 044 3913 in 10 minutes time to speak to them - nobody answered. I gave the 03300228795 another call this time Farnborough branch of Aplan. They told me that I would have to give them all my details that I'd already put in on Mustard.co.uk AGAIN so that they could find a better deal?? suffice to say they didn't better my best quote and they didn't get my business!
Very poor customer services, still waiting for my “beat any quote” callback which I was meant to get 5 days ago, after spending 30 minutes talking to one of their reps. Not bothering with your company now, so your lost out on money. I’m not going to chase you and call you up repeatedly, that’s not my problem.
